Non-Heated

Sunrise Practice

Mysore-Style Self-Led Ashtanga Primary Series

If you want to balance the body and master the mind, we invite you to the Sunrise Practice. In this practice, we start at the top of the mat with an opening chant, then move through sun salutations, the standing sequence, and select seated and finishing postures. We stay in motion for the duration of our time together, ending with a closing chant and rest. The room is still and intentional, so you can focus inward and breathe. Approximations are always available, and exploring your own expression of each posture is encouraged. Bring a yoga mat, water, a small towel for sweat, and a medium towel for hands-on adjustments (offered only if interested).

Sunset Practice

Guided Ashtanga-Inspired Breath-to-Movement Reset

If you want to open the body and settle the mind, we invite you to the Sunset Practice. In this practice, we open with breathwork, then move at a spacious pace through sun salutations, standing, seated, and finishing postures. We close with moments of meditation and relaxation. The room is quietly calming with ambient sounds and mood lighting, inviting you to soften into stillness. Approximations are always available, and exploring your own expression of each posture is encouraged. Yoga mat provided—bring water.
