Sunrise Practice
Led Primary Series Experience
Ashtanga is for everybody. If you're open to moving and breathing at your own pace, this practice is for you. We begin at the top of the mat with an opening chant, then move through sun salutations, a standing sequence, select seated postures, and a finishing sequence. We stay in motion for the duration of our time together. The room is intentionally quiet with mood lighting—no music, so you can focus inward. Approximations are always available, and exploring your own expression of each posture is encouraged. Bring a yoga mat (available for use if needed), water, a small towel for sweat, and a medium towel for hands-on adjustments (offered only if interested).

Sunset Practice
Guided Breath-to-Movement Experience
If you're interested in exploring yoga as a way to slow down—settle the mind and support the body—you're in the right place. We open with 15 minutes of breathwork to regulate the nervous system, then move at a spacious pace through a warm-up, sun salutations, select standing and seated postures, and a finishing cool down. The room is quietly calming with ambient sounds and mood lighting, inviting you to soften into stillness. Approximations are always available, and exploring your own expression of each posture is encouraged. Bring a yoga mat (available for use if needed), water, and a small towel (for sweat).
