FOCUS INWARD AND BREATHE.

Our Mission

Our mission is to share the traditional practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Fresno, CA—cultivating clarity through embodied transformation.

Core Values

Repetition

In Ashtanga, the sequence stays the same—we change.

Repetition creates the conditions for clearer observation. Our led Primary Series and guided Ashtanga-inspired offerings are grounded in this principle. The mind settles through repetition, reducing distraction and allowing attention to move away from anticipation and toward participation. The body learns through repetition, developing familiarity, steadiness, and sensitivity to subtle shifts in sensation. Over time, repetition reveals patterns, resistance, growth, and change that would otherwise go unnoticed.

Discipline

Transformation happens when we stay.

Discipline means meeting ourselves exactly where we're at and building our capacity from here. Traditionally, Ashtanga is practiced six days a week, excluding moon days (i.e. new moon and full moon). Each day we roll out our mats, we make the conscious decision to stay with what's alive inside, breathing and moving through the intensity we feel. This form of connection is the highest act of love, especially self-love.

Depth

Practice is the path.

Depth is our commitment to the expression of who we truly are. The purpose of Ashtanga Yoga is to cease the fluctuations of the mind (Yoga Sutra 1.2) so that the self rests in its truth (Yoga Sutra 1.3). As we consistently show up for ourselves, our orientation shifts away from outcome and toward process, away from destination and toward journey. Practice invites us to engage more fully with life as it is, embracing each experience as an opportunity to go deeper.

"Practice, and all is coming."
