• Process and confirm practice bookings
• Send practice reminders, subscription confirmations, and milestone messages via SMS (only if you provide a phone number)
• Send occasional community email updates (only if you opt in)
• Improve the booking experience

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

Providing your phone number during booking is optional and is not required to complete a booking or purchase. If you choose to provide your phone number, you will receive text messages from Ashtanga Fresno including practice reminders, subscription confirmations, and milestone celebrations.

• Message frequency varies based on your bookings and subscription status.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

• Your phone number is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Airtable — practitioner records and booking history
• Stripe — payment processing
• Twilio — SMS delivery
• Netlify — website hosting

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

We retain your information for as long as you are an active practitioner and for up to 3 years after your last practice or interaction with us, consistent with standard California business record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing caden@ashtangafresno.com.

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
